The Gera Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) recognized this opportunity back in 2019 and emerged as a pioneer among the IHKs: Together with talentefinder, it digitized its training fairs in Thüringen (Germany) and used our job app as a mobile supplement to the physical trainee fair.

Every year, the IHK Ostthüringen zu Gera offers numerous opportunities for companies to get to know potential trainees from the region. In 2019, it used the matching principle of our job app for the first time in preparation for and in addition to the recruitment fair in persona. The job fair in combination with our e-recruiting was a complete success:
